1. Scope of Service

The 3D Measurement service includes a professional on-site 3D laser scan of one (1) room only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each room is measured and priced separately.

2. Booking & Pricing

• The price displayed applies to one room only.

• Additional rooms must be booked as separate appointments or arranged through an individual scheduling agreement.

• By booking, the client confirms understanding of the per-room pricing structure.

3. Access & On-Site Conditions

The client must ensure:

• Full access to the space at the scheduled time

• Clear access to walls, corners, openings, and technical areas

• Safe working conditions for the measurement process

If access is limited or conditions prevent proper measurement, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or partially completed.

4. Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Deliverables

The service includes:

• A detailed and structured 3D model of the measured space

• Measurement data and digital files compatible with AutoCAD, Revit, and Archicad

Files are provided based on the conditions of the space at the time of measurement.

6. Accuracy & Responsibility

3D measurements are performed using professional laser equipment with high precision.
INZIO 3D is not responsible for errors caused by:

• Changes to the space made after the measurement

• Hidden or inaccessible elements not visible at the time of scanning

• Incorrect use or modification of the provided files by third parties

7. Use of Data

All measurement data and files are intended solely for the client’s internal use for design, planning, and production purposes.
Redistribution or resale without written consent is not permitted.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a 3D Measurement appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
